Last week, I felt an anger that went beyond my body.
It was the anger of millennia of generations of my ancestors, women whose bodies were oppressed & abused by systems & people.
Women who could not speak up for themselves.
We live in a culture where women are told what to look like, how to behave, & what to do, especially in fitness & health.
I want to create changes now that my ancestors find absolution in, & that my descendants benefit from.
